Shipping policy

At this moment, shipping to the USA will be available by request only as different rates need to be calculated per order to be sure that the most economic shipping rates are provided for the order's weight, number of pieces, their sizes and box sizes. 

Shipping is usually made using USPS Priority Mail with Insurance for the value item(s) shipped.  Depending on the order size and weight, USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes will be used.  If your order does not fit in a USPS Priority Mail flat rate box, a custom box will be used and shipping cost will be invoiced at the rate that applies per USPS Priority Mail pricing plus insurance.  

Once the order is placed and packaged, shipping and insurance is calculated and you will be contacted with pricing for payment.  When payment for shipping is made, a tracking number will be provided.

Once the package has left our Studio, the carrier is responsible for your package and delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping carrier. Please visit the carrier’s website for instructions on how to make a claim.
