Returns/Exchanges - Items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Applies to all purchases: Items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to all products on website or any custom/made to order items.

Damages and issues - Refunds
We do our best to make sure your packages are packed so they arrive safely to your destination. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report damaged goods occurred in transit, you can contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of merchandise as per your tracking information at claybeamarti@gmail.com. There is a 48 hr (2 day) period after receiving your item to report any damages incurred in transit. The report must include photographs of the item/items as they were received. Claims without pictures that clearly document the damage cannot be evaluated, therefore will not be processed. If your refund is accepted, we’ll either issue a refund for the amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping or send you a new item similar to the one purchased (based on availability).
If you prefer a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
